From Ideas to Pages: Young Authors Launchpad Debuts Anthology
In a world where notifications, reels, and gaming apps have taken center stage, the charm of flipping through a book has started to feel almost exotic. But one woman is determined to change that. Chhavi Mehta, a passionate parenting and public speaking coach, is on a mission to revive the love for books among young minds.
Chhavi Mehta, a passionate parenting and public speaking coach, recently celebrated a major milestone—the second book launch event of the Young Authors Launchpad, a platform she founded to help children turn their imagination into published stories. The event, held at DPS International, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, marked yet another chapter in her growing initiative to nurture young voices.

A Purpose-Driven Journey
For Chhavi, this journey isn’t just about books—it’s about giving children a voice. She has always believed that kids have incredible ideas, but they often struggle to express them beyond the structured limits of school assignments.
Her turning point came when she realized that reading was losing its magic among kids. With gadgets constantly demanding attention, books had become a secondary option— almost an afterthought. Seeing this shift, she knew she had to do something about it.
Writing and storytelling, she believes, can be powerful tools for expression, creativity, and even emotional well-being. And so, she made it her mission to help young minds transform their ideas into published works.
Breaking the Digital Spell
One of the biggest struggles Chhavi has observed is that reading has become an endangered habit. Children today are more comfortable scrolling through screens than flipping through pages. Stories, which were once read and imagined, are now watched in quick, bite-sized videos. While technology has its advantages, it has also made deep thinking and storytelling a lost art.
Through Young Authors Launchpad, she aims to change that narrative—literally and figuratively. She believes that when children write, they don’t just create stories; they develop confidence, sharpen their critical thinking skills, and discover their unique voice.
The Power of Recognition and Impact
Chhavi’s dedication to shaping the next generation of young writers has earned her significant recognition. She was recently honored with the Sarojini Naidu International Award for Working Women, a prestigious accolade that acknowledges her efforts in education, empowerment, and coaching.
But for Chhavi, awards are just milestones. Her real victory is seeing children light up with excitement when they hold a book they’ve written—a tangible proof that their words matter.

A Vision for 10,000 Young Authors
Her mission is clear and ambitious: to guide 10,000 young authors. Chhavi envisions a world where children don’t just consume content but create it. Where stories don’t just entertain, but inspire and spark change.
She hopes to create a movement—where children, instead of just watching someone else’s story unfold on a screen, will be the ones writing their own.
Encouraging the Youth to Believe in Their Stories
Through her coaching programs and workshops, Chhavi is working tirelessly to give children a platform to express, explore, and expand their creativity.
“Every child has a story to tell. Writing is more than just words on paper—it’s a way to explore ideas, to build confidence, and to leave behind something meaningful,” she says.
With her Young Authors Launchpad, Chhavi is proving that storytelling isn’t just a thing of the past. It’s the future. And with the right guidance, today’s children can become tomorrow’s bestselling authors, change-makers, and visionaries.
Join the Movement
For parents, educators, and young dreamers who want to be part of this storytelling revolution, Chhavi’s work is nothing short of inspiring.
