Mr. Pradeep Jain: A Visionary Industrialist and Lifelong Learner
Born in Dehradun into one of the most prestigious and highly educated families in Northern India, Mr. Pradeep Jain has lived a life marked by intellect, discipline, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His grandfather, a civil engineer from Thomas College, Roorkee, served in the Public Works Department (PWD) and was a learned Pandit with deep knowledge of Jain philosophy. His grandmother, a graduate fluent in English, mingled with British officials, reflecting the cosmopolitan spirit of the family. Mr. Jain’s father, an alumnus of Boys High School, Dehradun (now Rashtriya India Military College, RIMC) and Allahabad University, and his mother, a Sanskrit scholar and revered Sadhavi, contributed to a nurturing environment steeped in knowledge, ethics, and cultural values.
From the age of ten, Mr. Jain became an active participant in RSS activities, attending daily Shakhas, developing discipline, public speaking skills, and moral values. Mentored by Professor Rajendra Singh, he honed his leadership abilities and confidence, which would become a hallmark of his career. His education at DAV College, Dehradun, complemented by postgraduate studies at Allahabad University, further refined his intellect, personality, and social awareness under the guidance of luminaries such as Professor Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Dr. Amar Nath Jha, and Swami Satya Prakash.
Despite securing opportunities in the topmost jobs in the country, including a short stint toward IAS and positions in JK Raymonds Mill, Thane, Bombay, Mr. Jain’s independent thinking and strong conviction guided him toward building his own industrial empire. His career is a testament to the principle he lives by: “If you put sincere, honest, continuous, consistent, intelligent, and earnest effort toward your goal, you can achieve it despite hundreds of hurdles.”
Over decades, he implemented Turnkey Projects in India and abroad, collaborating with the Ministry of External Affairs, NSIC, HMT, STC, and other agencies. Notable projects include R.C.F. Kapurthala, R.C.F. Raebareli, Tripura Forest Development & Plantation Limited, and Door Factory Agartala, impacting over forty countries. His professional legacy reflects innovation, integrity, and global outreach.
Mr. Jain has also been a dedicated philanthropist. He donated ₹15 crore for school land and buildings, gifted his ancestral haveli to the Jain Temple (valued around ₹1 crore), and ensured consistent support to his employees, many of whom worked with him for decades—some for over 60 years—benefiting from his guidance and personal care.
In his personal life, he married a highly overseas educated woman daughter of Rai Sahib Kundan Lal I.C.S Richest person of Ludhiana, lady admired by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Partap Singh Badal who wanted her to be Education Minister of Punjab so that they can have a school like KVM in every town of Punjab. In a very simple and spiritual valued ceremony Havan and Pheras.

During his college days, Pradeep learned to play Tennis, which helped him come into contact with the Top brass of the town wherever he lived.
Even now, Mr. Pradeep Jain continues to embody the principle of lifelong work: “I want to work till the last day of my life.” This unwavering commitment, combined with his independent thinking, disciplined lifestyle, and dedication to social responsibility, makes him a true visionary industrialist, philanthropist, and role model.
