“The 2.75 War and the New Generation of Kalki Warriors” — Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi Presents India’s Indigenous Security Model
Noida, October 2025 —
At the Tactical Training Centre of Kalki Sena Northern Command, the “Counter Terrorist Combat Course 2025” concluded with a grand ceremony and an inspiring address by Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.).
Explaining his renowned “2.75 War Doctrine,” he emphasized that India’s true strength lies not only in its weapons but in its awakened consciousness, civic discipline, and cultural unity.
Dwivedi said —
“India today fights not two, but 2.75 wars — two external, half internal, and a quarter psychological. This .25 war is the deepest and most dangerous because it is rooted in our colonial and administrative mindset. Unless this inner front is won, all external victories will remain incomplete.”
Dharma, Strength, and Discipline — The Three Pillars of National Security
In his motivational address, Wing Commander Dwivedi said that Kalki Sena is not merely a combat training organization but a movement to shape a disciplined, self-reliant, and patriotic citizenry.
He explained —
“We teach our Kalki Warriors that Dharma is not just worship, it is duty and self-restraint. When Dharma and Strength unite, the nation automatically protects itself.”
He further added that India’s greatest security force lies not only in its armed forces but also in its aware and organized citizens.
“When every Indian acts lawfully, responsibly, and with discipline, no external or internal power can weaken Bharat,” he said.
2.75 War — Awakening the Soul of the Nation
Dwivedi described the “2.75 War Doctrine” as more than a military theory — it is a civilizational strategy for India’s resurgence.
He stated —
“The .25 war compels us to look inward. It is a battle against institutional and educational systems that disconnected us from our roots. Only when India’s education, justice, and governance are aligned with Indian values will we achieve complete freedom.”
He further explained —
“First win the .25 war — liberate your mind from colonial slavery; then the 0.5 war — end internal ideological and social conflicts; after that, the two external wars will be naturally won. This is the essence of the Backward Victory principle.”
Kalki Sena Training — The Laboratory of Aware Citizenship
Under this training program, youth and women from across India were trained in Urban Warfare, Close Quarter Battle, Survival Psychology, Surveillance Techniques, Weapon Handling, and Rescue Missions.
Dwivedi said the program is not an alternative to the armed forces but a civil empowerment model designed to strengthen society’s resilience.
He remarked —
“A trained and disciplined citizen is the true weapon of the nation. When society itself becomes a symbol of vigilance and unity, the country becomes unconquerable.”
Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi — A Strategic Thinker and Educational Visionary
Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi, a distinguished veteran of the Indian Air Force, has contributed extensively to defence research, education, and strategic innovation.
He currently serves as Director General of BSAP, Chief Secretory United Nations GHRT, and Development Partner to DRDO and the Ministry of Defence, working through his companies on advanced national projects.

The subject Self Defence Science, conceptualized by him, is now included in the Bhartiya Shiksha Board curriculum — aimed at developing discipline, self-confidence, decision-making ability, and patriotism among students.
Kalki Warriors — The Protectors of India’s Civilizational Strength

In his concluding address, Dwivedi said —
“India is no longer just a geographical entity; it is an awakened civilization. Our Kalki Warriors are the living embodiment of that consciousness which makes Bharat invincible from within. When every citizen awakens the warrior within, India will not only win the 2.75 War but also every civilizational challenge ahead.”
He congratulated the trained civilian commandos of the 2025 batch, saying that this event marks not the end of a course but the beginning of a new era of self-defence and national pride.
Conclusion:
The closing ceremony of Kalki Sena’s “Counter Terrorist Combat Course 2025” in Noida became a living reflection of Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi’s 2.75 War Doctrine — an idea that unites Dharma, discipline, and civic responsibility to guide India toward a self-reliant, self-defending, and self-proud future.
