Content Creator Megha Agarwal Exposes Harassment by Myntra Delivery Staff: A Wake-Up Call for Online Shoppers
In a deeply disturbing revelation, Megha Agarwal, a well-known content creator and YouTuber behind the popular fashion channel Shopping Ki Duniya, has alleged harassment, intimidation, and privacy violations by Myntra’s delivery executives and associated logistics partners. The incident has sparked outrage across social media and
raised serious questions about the accountability mechanisms in place at major e- commerce platforms.
The incident began on April 20, 2025, when a delivery executive from Myntra allegedly misbehaved with Agarwal at the time of delivery. Despite promptly lodging a complaint with Myntra’s customer care, no meaningful action was taken to address the situation.
🚨 A Harrowing Escalation of Threats and Privacy Breach
What followed was even more shocking. According to Agarwal, Myntra’s logistics team unlawfully circulated her personal mobile number, leading to a torrent of threatening and abusive calls from unknown numbers. She further revealed that personnel from Ekart Logistics—a delivery partner often associated with Myntra—arrived at her residence and issued threats.
These incidents have not only compromised her personal safety and mental well-being, but have also had a devastating impact on her professional life.
Disruption of Business and Creative Work
As a member of Myntra’s Glam Clan program, Megha Agarwal regularly collaborated with the platform by creating content based on fashion products, conducting unboxings, and processing returns. The Glam Clan initiative, designed to boost influencer-led marketing, provided Agarwal with regular product deliveries.
However, in the wake of the incident, Myntra has completely suspended delivery and return services to her address, effectively crippling her ability to create content and fulfill brand commitments. The abrupt halt has resulted in significant financial losses and emotional trauma, pushing her into what she describes as a state of stress and depression.
🎥 Public Outcry Grows as Video Evidence Goes Viral
In an effort to raise awareness and seek justice, Megha Agarwal uploaded a detailed account of her experience to her YouTube channel. The video, titled “Harassed by Myntra Delivery Executives | My Story”, can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/ppg5y3ATVjc
The video has since garnered widespread attention, with fellow creators, consumers, and legal advocates voicing support for Agarwal. Viewers have expressed shock over Myntra’s alleged apathy and are calling for stricter consumer protection laws.
🛡️ Legal and Consumer Action in Progress
Despite escalating the issue via the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal, Agarwal reports that Myntra remains unresponsive. Legal experts note that the actions alleged— ranging from privacy breaches to threats of violence—may constitute criminal offenses under the Information Technology Act and Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Consumer rights groups are now urging Myntra to:
- Conduct a transparent internal investigation
- Provide public accountability
- Reinstate services for Agarwal
- Offer a formal apology and compensation
