Nithya didn’t come into marketing the usual way. She studied criminology, spent years analysing behaviour and patterns, and worked across legal research, compliance, and search intelligence before entering brand communication. Today, she leads marketing at a national body under the Ministry of Finance — and her work revolves around one question:
“What makes people choose something instantly?”
