New Delhi, July 2025 — In a market flooded with fast fashion and mass-produced ethnicwear, a rising homegrown label is quietly building a loyal customer base by offering what many Indian women have longed for — ethnic outfits that truly fit, feel luxurious, and reflect their personal style.
Founded by Mr. Shahrukh and Ms. Gunjan Bharti in Faridabad, Haryana, Yooneck is transforming how women experience ethnic fashion by combining personalization, elegance, and comfort — all wrapped in thoughtful design.

From Faridabad Streets to National Presence
The idea for Yooneck was born in the bylanes of Indra Nagar, Faridabad, where the founders observed a recurring frustration among women — ethnicwear that was either too loose, too tight, or too outdated in styling.
“We realized there was a gap between what modern Indian women want and what the market offers. Yooneck was our answer to that gap — a brand that listens, fits, and flatters,” says Mr. Shahrukh, co-founder and strategic head of the brand.
With a clear mission in mind, the duo registered Yooneck Fashion LLP and began operating online, gradually building a niche customer base through Instagram and word-of-mouth.
The Yooneck Difference
Unlike most traditional ethnicwear brands that follow generic sizing and repetitive designs, Yooneck focuses on:
- Inclusive sizing starting from XXS, catering to petite to plus-size women.
- Soft, skin-friendly fabrics like mul cotton, organza, muslin, and chanderi.
- Designs that blend traditional motifs with contemporary silhouettes, perfect for daily wear, festive gatherings, and special occasions.
Each product is crafted with attention to detail, right from the stitching and fall to the packaging and unboxing experience.
“Every Yooneck outfit should feel like it was made just for you — that’s the standard we set for every design,” says Ms. Gunjan Bharti, co-founder and creative lead of the brand.
