BharatGrow Clarifies False Allegations Published by “The Head and Tale” — Article Updated After Legal Notice

New Delhi, 1 November 2025 — BharatGrow, the digital business empowerment platform operated by DGLYF Innovation Pvt. Ltd., has issued a strong clarification against misleading and unverified claims published by the digital outlet The Head and Tale in a recent report titled “A Cautionary Tale: How GSunite Exploited Small Businesses in the Name of Fintech.”

Clarification Against False and Misleading Allegations

According to BharatGrow, the article contained incorrect references and false linkages attempting to associate BharatGrow with unrelated entities. The company stated that the report’s allegations were baseless, lacked factual verification, and were published without seeking an official response from BharatGrow prior to release.

Legal Action and Evidence Submission

In response, BharatGrow issued a formal legal notice to The Head and Tale, providing factual documentation, compliance records, and transaction evidence that disproved all claims made in the article.

Following the notice, The Head and Tale updated the same article, incorporating BharatGrow’s clarification within the report itself — acknowledging that the company had legally challenged the content and provided supporting documents countering the allegations.

“All the allegations mentioned in that report were false and misleading. After we served a legal notice supported by factual evidence, the publisher updated the report to include our clarification. This clearly demonstrates that BharatGrow operates transparently and in full compliance,”
