Joy’s first significant entrepreneurial leap occurred in 2020 when he founded Nuqaat Studio, a homegrown licensed merchandise brand. Nuqaat Studio’s unique selling proposition “We Print Anything on Anything” quickly captured the imagination of consumers and businesses alike. 

In its first year, the company secured over 15 official licenses, offering products such as t-shirts, hoodies, oversized apparel, customized socks, badges, luggage tags, and phone covers. By 2024, the company’s portfolio expanded to 38 licenses, fulfilling over one million orders and quadrupling its growth. 

Nuqaat Studio’s rapid rise was widely recognized. It was nominated as the “Best Fashion Startup of the Year” for four consecutive years and celebrated as a “Growing and Nurturing Brand” by the Indian Express in 2022.
