New Delhi: As the Bharti Yuva Welfare Association prepares to host the 10th Season of its National Icon Award, the participation of mindset transformation and conscious leadership advocate Mahesh Toshniwal is set to add a distinctive dimension to the celebration.

The Season 10 edition is expected to bring together achievers, entrepreneurs, educators, professionals, innovators, social workers and leaders whose work has contributed to their respective sectors and society.

His philosophy emphasises self-awareness, clarity and purposeful action alongside conventional measures of professional success.
His work has also received attention from CEO India Magazine, which featured him as “The Mindset Architect”.
