One of those defining experiences came when he contributed behind the scenes at TEDx Frankfurt. Years later, he returned to the TEDx platform—not as an organizer, but as a speaker at TEDx Birla International School Youth. For Oliver, the journey from working backstage to delivering a talk on stage served as a powerful reminder that seasons of preparation often precede moments of purpose.

That perspective became the turning point in his professional journey.

During his years in Germany, Oliver observed how successful entrepreneurs and family businesses approached wealth differently. They were not merely focused on annual profits or quarterly performance; they planned decades ahead. They invested in ownership, built systems instead of depending on individuals, and created institutions that continued generating value long after the founders stepped away.

Returning to India, he recognized immense entrepreneurial talent but also noticed a recurring challenge.
