Prateek Grand City, our integrated township in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, received the Best Affordable Residential Property recognition at ASSOCHAM’s 7th Real Estate Summit cum Excellence Awards.
The project was also recognised as the Best Affordable Housing Project by ASSOCHAM on October 1, 2014, as documented in our corporate communications.
For us, this recognition was significant because Prateek Grand City represented a larger approach to community development.
Rather than focusing only on individual residential buildings, we envisioned a township that could bring homes, landscaped surroundings, recreational facilities and shared community spaces into one integrated environment.
The planning of Prateek Grand City reflected our understanding that residential development must consider the needs of families both inside and outside their homes.

Prateek Edifice, Sector 107, Noida — Luxury Project of the Year
Prateek Edifice represented our approach to premium residential development, with spacious residences, architectural detailing and lifestyle amenities.

Prateek Grand City, Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad — Affordable Housing of the Year
Prateek Grand City received recognition in the affordable housing category, highlighting another dimension of our residential portfolio.
Receiving honours for both Prateek Edifice and Prateek Grand City in the same awards programme was particularly significant for us.
